1	Prices in the Wine List are stated by bottle or by case of 12 bottles; orders for bottles must be made by the dozen but cases may be mixed. This list is effective from 15th October 2000.
2	Delivery Charges: 1 case: £5.00 (mainland UK). 2 cases or more, free (mainland UK). Wines will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. A 24 hour delivery service is available but costs £7.50 per order.
3	Discounts: Orders between £150 & £300 less 5%. Orders over £300 less 10%
4	All orders are accepted subject to availability of stocks.
5	All prices inclusive of VAT.
6	We accept orders via this website, by telephone, fax or by post.
7	You must be over eighteen to place an order.
8	We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, ACCESS, SWITCH, SOLO & DELTA card payments via our website and by credit card or cheque with postal and telephone/fax orders.
9	Title in the goods shall be retained by The Bianca Trading Co. until payment in full has been received. In the event of non-payment by the Buyer by the due date, The Bianca Trading Co. shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where the goods may be and recover possession of them.
10	Shortage, pilferage, breakage and non-delivery : No claim can be entertained unless notified to the carrier and to The Bianca Trading Co. within three days of receipt or seven days from dispatch. All defective goods must be held for inspection.
11	These terms and conditions shall apply to all sales of goods by The Bianca Trading Co. and the placing of an order with the company shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Buyer of these terms and conditions.
